Structural Engineers provides services either directly or through qualified contractors or partners. While we aim to maintain high standards, we are not responsible for conditions beyond our control, including hidden defects, environmental factors, or third-party work.

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional charges or interest. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services or voiding of any applicable warranties.

Any workmanship warranty, if provided, is limited in duration and scope as specified at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties for materials or products are handled directly through the manufacturer. Any warranties become void if full payment is not received.

Customers agree to provide accurate information and safe access to the property or project site. Structural Engineers is not liable for damages or delays caused by inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Structural Engineers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
